We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst HR Technology with deep expertise in end-to-end HR processes (Hire to Retire) and hands-on experience with PeopleStrong HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating existing HR technology, identifying gaps, and ensuring seamless alignment with HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business processes and evaluate the state of it in implemented HR Technology i.e. PeopleStrong.
• Identify and document gaps in form of a comprehensive report that can be used for decision making by leadership team.
• Provide hands-on expertise in PeopleStrong HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM modules to recommend process improvements.
Key Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience as a Process Specialist/Business Analyst in HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms, specifically PeopleStrong HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven experience in HR technology evaluation and gap analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in implementing or optimizing HRMS solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
