Officer - Process Analyst

Manage the organizations employee database (complete life-cycle from Onboarding to Exits) in Workday efficiently, ensuring data availability, accuracy. Daily Update and Upload of data to all upstream and downstream application.
Work on all daily HR transactions and data change requests within the agreed TAT, with ZERO errors.
Regularly audit and update employee records to reflect changes in employment status, personal information, and other organisational data, ensuring data cleanliness in every phase of employment.
Collaborate with Digital HR to optimize database performance and troubleshoot any technical issues. Identify areas for improvement in database functionality and implement enhancements to streamline HR processes for employees, managers, and the leadership.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of database procedures, protocols, and updates related MDM. Develop training materials and resources to assist HR and Business staff in utilizing the database effectively
Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR and Business on database-related queries and issues. Develop and implement data entry and maintenance procedures to uphold database quality standards.
Generate and publish reports in different frequencies (Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly, Annually, and other Ad-Hoc Reports. Sharing of minimal information to the right intended recipients in a secured manner. Share the trend analysis, findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
