Transitials Services - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (3-7 yrs)

We are looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 3+ years of overall experience and end to end implementation experience following modules - Core HR, Talent Management (Goal and Performance), ORC.

Exp : 3+ years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Capable of understanding business requirements, designing solution, configuration and setting up functionality in Oracle Fusion HCM modules as per business requirement.

- Maintain capabilities of current HR system platforms in alignment with business needs.

- Identify functional gaps and provide solutions.

- Drive start to end changes and support SIT and UAT preparation and testing, project migrations as and when required.

- Develop strong working relationships with business and project stakeholders.

This role requires :

- Experience with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support.

- In-depth understanding of employment life cycle (hire to retire, global deployment, local transfer, employment data change, termination, and reverse termination etc.).

- Good understanding of employment workflow and workforce structure creations.

- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations

- Ambitious and self-motivated individual
