Job Title: HR Technology Specialist

Job Summary:

The HR Technology Specialist is responsible for managing, implementing, and troubleshooting the software and online tools used by the company's human resources team. This role plays a key part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify HR Process Needs: Work with technology vendors to create system solutions.
• Implement and Configure HRMS: Ensure systems are up-to-date and meet the organization's needs.
• Technical Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for HRMS and online tools.
• Training: Train HR staff on how to use technology tools effectively.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate various HR reports and analytics.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest HR technology trends and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Project Participation: Participate in HR technology projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Documentation: Document system processes and procedures and maintain user guides and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR technology or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and data, technical proficiency with HR software, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HRMS.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and HR teams.
