Role Title: Lead HR Learning & Development/Capability Building / Lead- L&D.
Reporting To: Unit Head-HR
Initial Location of Posting: Deepak Chem Tech Limited- Dahej (Site)
Position Overview:
1. Design & Implement learning solutions that are aligned with the organizations objectives,
through different styles of training techniques including e-training, online training sessions
and classroom facilitation. Design and roll out the training calendar.
2. Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify organizational
learning needs and performance gaps. Conduct assessments, surveys, and interviews to
gather data and identify training requirements. Analyze data and provide recommendations
for learning and development initiatives.
3. Track the impact of the learning solutions with end-to-end ownership of training
programmes/projects. Conduct post-workshop engagement activities/initiatives to support
implementation of learning and track the same.
4. Development & Execution of training programs as per Business Requirements.
Upgradation of training processes for greater effectiveness.
5. Training to New Joiners - Onboarding & Induction Plan, implement and manage end-toend induction process for lateral employees, campus recruits and stay connected during
their traineeship period.
(Including all the above-mentioned tasks but not limited to the same).
Education Qualification:
Masters degree in human resource (MHRM/MSW/MBA (HR)/MLW
Technical Competencies/Skills: Using instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy), Conducting ROI analysis for training programs (Kirkpatrick’s model, Phillips ROI), Utilizing interactive training methods (Gamification, Role-playing, Case studies.
Behavioural Competencies: Proactive, motivated, driven, Ethical team player, Strong interpersonal skills, Emotional maturity, Multitasking, Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, Strong verbal and written communication skills, highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure, Detail-oriented, Proven ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information, Adaptable to evolving business requirements
