Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

You need to do Brand marketing and Implementing creative marketing & promotional strategies to capture the market.

• Visit Universities, Colleges, Schools, and other educational institutes for tie-ups. Meeting with Principals, Coordinators, and management Personnel of schools for a Business generation.

• Generate inquiries to network with educational institutions and key decision-makers.

• To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top universities, schools, colleges, tuition centers, and other educational centers.

• Generate high-quality leads to support daily, weekly, monthly, recruitment targets.

• Tracking and reporting on sales activities (i.e. leads, appointments, enrolment)
• Planning and leading sales & marketing activities, lead management process, and generate sales leads .

• Build relations with various educational institutions and key decision-makers.
• Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining a strong relationship with schools, colleges, and institutions.

• Build agents' networks at the local level and do regular follow-ups with them to get the business lead
