Business Development Manager

Coempt Eduteck Pvt Ltd is looking to hire Business Development Manager based in Jaipur with 8+ years of B2B sales experience in assessments/training & development/recruitment solution sales/software solution sales/HR Solution services/Staffing solutions who will be responsible for:

* Driving business growth in the assigned location/region by developing and implementing sales plans.

* New client acquisition and creating new business opportunities with existing clients by engaging with key stakeholders.

* Understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions aligned to them.

* Delivering product demonstrations and proposals

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Key requirements/Minimum Requirements:

* MBA graduate with at least 8+ years of experience in Educational Sales

* Excellent negotiation, and collaboration skills

* Willingness to travel
