We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Python, SQL, and advanced analytics/statistical techniques.

This role involves independently leading client engagements, developing data-driven solutions, and managing projects effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management experience, and a deep understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Problem Solving & Solution Development :

- Apply problem-solving methodologies to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.

- Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models using Python and SQL.

- Conduct hypothesis testing, run experiments, and derive empirical insights.

- Identify potential risks and alternative solutions to ensure project success.

Project & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead and execute client engagements end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Conduct regular client meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide updates.

- Perform risk assessments, track project execution, and define success metrics.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.

- Anticipate business challenges and proactively provide strategic recommendations.

Sales & Business Growth Support :

- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts in collaboration with senior management.

- Assist the sales team in RFPs and client pitches.

Team Development & Training :

- Coach and mentor team members in analytics techniques, problem-solving, and project management.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance the firm's analytical capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Experience : 5.6 to 10 years, with at least 3 to 8 years in analytics-driven projects.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python and SQL.

- Expertise in advanced analytics and statistical techniques such as General Linear Models, regression, and predictive modeling.

- Strong understanding of data conversion strategies, ETL processes, and data quality management.

Project & People Management :

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and risk assessment skills.

- Ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and creative solution design.

- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education :

- B./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent qualifications
