Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Location: Noida Sector 62
Duration: 3-6 months
Stipend: Unpaid” ( If performance is good will pay upto 8000 )

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and track hiring activities.
• Handle candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support the HR team in organizing recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit for the role.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
• Perform additional HR tasks, such as posting job openings, maintaining recruitment dashboards, and updating policies.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations is a plus.
