Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Assist in recruitment team efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and communicating with candidates.
2. Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
3. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, creating content for internal communications, and conducting surveys.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and databases.
5. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.6. Conduct research on HR-related topics, such as best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
6. Participate in HR projects, such as employee retention, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
