**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA, and data analysis, with a keen ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying gaps, preparing comprehensive reports, and performing cost analysis. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions.

- Utilize Advanced Excel and VBA for data manipulation, automation, and report generation.

- Identify gaps and provide recommendations based on data analysis.

- Prepare detailed and accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Conduct cost analysis and provide insights to optimize expenditures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.

**Skills Required:**

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.)

- VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation and scripting

- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to identify gaps and suggest improvements

- Experience in preparing detailed reports and cost analysis

- Good communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong team player with collaborative mindset

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus

- Familiarity with SQL or other database management tools
