Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• The primary role of an Operations Executive is reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize company's processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and workflows across departments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management.
