Internal Audit- Manager

Designation: Internal Audit- Head

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Internal Audit Team.
• Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits.
• Periodically analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the control system in place to mitigate risk and promote the control culture of the organisation.
• Prepare, monitor and drive Internal Audit calendar for the year.
• Responsible for tracking action items from Internal Auditor and Statutory Auditor along with observations from captive Internal Audit team.
• Co-ordinate with respective functions for closure of auditors observations.
• Prepare travelling calendar for the Internal Audit team to visit branches and ensure completion of audit as per plan.
• Examine and report on the organisation's fixed assets register from time to time.
• Assist in the development of organisational Risk Management Plan.
• Team management.

Desired profile:

• Qualified CA or CMA with 5-7 years experience in Audit role.
• Knowledge on Auditing standards and processes.
• Industry experience is not mandatory but audit experience in retail is preferable along with above functional experience.
• Good working Knowledge in MS-Office.
• Should have experience working on ERP preferably Oracle- Financials.
• Should be dynamic /go getter/able to work with multiple teams / functions and at the same time should be able to handle independently the given tasks.
• Good oral and written communication skills and interaction skills are essential.
