Responsibility

• Work closely with/ support project QC engineers
  
• Help develop, implement, improve and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS), including preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s)/ Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)/ Checklists/ Work Instructions/ Method Statements at project sites
  
• Ensure timely implementation of Quality Rating System at site
  
• Assist Project QC Engineer in preparation and implementation of Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) at the project sites
  
• Prepare/ Update/ Review & approve/ manage/ maintain Quality documents like Process/ Testing documents, Test reports, checklists, Quality Control formats, Training material, Shop Drawings/ Method Statements, and other relevant documents as per established protocol, and on an ongoing basis.
  
• Ensure sequence of work is followed at site for all construction activities
  
• Carry out Pre-handover inspection of handing over units and to help Operations Team in providing snag-free units
  
• Ongoing (periodic) inspection to ensure that the job is executed/ delivered as per the Drawings and Specifications
  
• Carry out inspection of de-snagged units with high attention-to-detail and provide stage clearance and Quality Rating for completed stages, and provide Comprehensive Quality Rating at handover, for units/ villas, with associated QA certification as applicable
  
• Share the existing Quality issues that need to be addressed to prevent recurrence at start of each activity/ intermediate stage
  
• Raise non conformance for sub standard work or works which are not as per Specifications/ Standards, and follow up with Project QC Engineer to close all the open NC s / Observations
  
• Provide/ ensure material approvals for new materials used at project sites after Factory/ Plant visits
  
• Provide RMC Approvals for new grade concrete/ new vendor/ related documents
  
• Conduct weekly/ fortnightly project meetings/ contractor meetings, assessments/ internal Quality Audits, and discuss/ resolve Quality related issues & concerns for improvement
  
• Coordinate with Project QC Engineer to get necessary Fortnightly and Monthly Quality reports
  
• Report to QA Team Head for all Quality issues at project sites
  
• Assist/ train Project QC Engineers to deliver consistent Quality in all activities
  
• Develop and conduct training session on technical topics that are relevant to real estate construction works
  
• Provide training to Operations Team at site in short training sessions to avoid deviations in work execution
