Steel Design and Project Manager

Scope

• Conceptualization of structures with right type of MOC used like cold form steel, Light gauge steel frame.
  
• Preparation | checking of ETABS models
  
• Checking the designs and drawings
  
• Guiding a team of engineers, Fabricators
  
• Project management and workforce management
  
• Adherence to execution schedule both at factory and on-site
  
• Leading multiple teams of 7-8 skilled operators each who will construct the whole house.
  

Responsibility

• Conceptualization and optimization of structures
  
• Checking of ETABS, STAAD Models, sizing of members, preparation of framing plans and loading signoff sheets
  
• Discussion with the Architects and arriving at mutually acceptable solutions.
  
• Design | checking of Structural Elements such as Foundations, Columns, Beams, Slabs, water tanks
  
• etc. for all independent house construction
  
• Exploring new steel structures which can make the house sturdy and can be fabricated inhouse
  
• Attending progress review meetings and adherence to schedule both at inhouse factory & onsite
  
• Preparing and executing detailed construction activities for independent houses identifying critical path and coordinating with various stakeholders to problem solve
  
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
  
• Establish basic work plans for engineering, procurement, project controls, construction, commissioning, and quality assurance.
  
• Ensure highest quality construction, experience and delivery.
