Scope

• Set up a robust accounting system

Responsibility

• Ensure all invoices payables and receivables - are coded to the correct accounts and standard codes
  
• Coordinate with the central Accounts Team and Projects Team for submission of bills and ensure timely payments
  
• Coordinate with external manpower consultants for labor payments, compliance payments to authorities (ESI, PF receipts)
  
• Maintain attendance of staff and labor
  
• Collect attendance records from various sites, collate number of hours worked by each labor
  
• Prepare MIS such as weekly reports on petty cash status, project-wise funds availability, and a profitability report
  
• Maintain all documents as required by TE central Accounts Team and keep records that can be audited regularly by internal and external auditors
  
• Set up a robust Accounting System that can generate relevant business analytics instantaneously
  
• Maintain Project-wise accounting, compliant to the TE accounting system
  
• Profitability analyses for the business unit
  
• Manage Cash flow
