Responsibility

• Ensure all invoices payables and receivables are coded to the correct accounts and standard codes
  

• Coordinate with central accounts team and projects team for submission of bills and ensure timely payments
  

• Coordinate with external manpower consultant for labor payments, compliance payments to authorities (ESI, PF receipts)
  

• Maintain attendance of staff and labor
  

• Collecting attendances from various sites, collating number of hours worked by each labor
  

• Prepare MIS such as weekly reports on petty cash status, project-wise funds availability and profitability report
  

• Maintain all documents as required by TE central accounts team and keep records that can be audited regularly by internal and external auditors
  

• Setting up a robust Accounting System in place that can generate relevant business analytics instantaneously
  

• Maintain Project -wise accounting compliant to TE accounting system
  

• Profitability analyses for the business unit
  

• Cash flow management
