Registered as Total Environment Building Systems Pvt Ltd, we are an Indian architect-led, real estate and design company known for our sensitively designed homes, microbrewery and jazz theatre. Headquartered in Bangalore, it was formed in 1996 and has consistently innovated and initiated new practices. We introduced the concept of a garden with every home, no matter what floor the house is on, as well as provided individually customised, furnished homes. Over the last 23 years, we have delivered beautifully designed homes of the highest quality. Our homes are a combination of design and craftsmanship, always adapted to the lifestyles of families living in them. Windmills Craftworks, our Jazz Theatre, Microbrewery and Restaurant in Bangalore, is an established destination in the country, known for presenting world class music in a close and intimate setting, and for its craft beer.
