Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Real Estate)

Job Location: Pune, India

Annual Salary: ₹2 Lacs to ₹7 Lacs

Experience: 3 to 8 years in QA/QC within the real estate sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and oversee the QA/QC management system on-site to ensure all activities comply with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordination & Inspection: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and customers' representatives for quality inspections, non-destructive testing, and other quality-related matters on-site.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all QA/QC documentation, including receipt inspections, is distributed to site subcontractors and compiled for project turnover.
• Audit & Reporting: Participate in both internal and external audits to verify compliance with project quality standards.
• Inspection Management: Manage site quality inspections, ensuring adherence to established inspection processes and documentation.
• Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs): Control NCRs, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Quality Plans & Program Development: Review, approve, and ensure the implementation of site-specific quality control plans; develop inspection and testing programs to align with project requirements.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Chair weekly QA/QC meetings with subcontractors QC personnel and coordinate with the site construction manager to resolve any quality-related issues.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all quality control activities on-site.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documents, including QA/QC reports, non-conformance records, and approved plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a QA/QC role within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate construction projects is a must.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a thorough understanding of quality control systems and safety standards.
• Certifications: Any relevant QA/QC certifications are a plus.
