Event Supervisor

We have opportunity for CSR arm of Torrent i.e. UNM foundation for our city art project to deal with:

1) Communication and networking for casting wide net for proposals

2) Communication for all processes with curators, artists, mentors, masters and selection committee

3) Enable selection process through working with the curator, mentor and artists.

4) Facilitate technical experts meetings with first cut of selected artists

5) Interact with artists for some sense of budget

6) Organize meeting with technical experts to finalize technical details

7) Organize meeting with Event Manager” to begin constructing venue and also

8) Finalize artist budgets

9) Finalize artist contracts

10) Logistical support for organizing and executing event

Marketing – Pre Event

1) Work with Graphic Communication Agency and Public Relations Agency

2) Communication on social media, website, press ..

3) Conduct events across town, events in colleges and educational institutions

4) Identify and activate influencers – college ambassadors, artists, trade and industry organizations,…

5) Activate ambassadors across various institutions

6) Identify and train volunteers for the event
