Job Description
Sunovatech Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Lighting Artist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- As a Lighting Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and immersive lighting setups for animated sequences, VFX shots, or video game environments
- Working closely with the art director, lead artist, and other team members, you will contribute to the overall look and feel of the project by effectively utilizing lighting techniques to enhance mood, highlight key elements, and evoke emotional responses from the audience
- Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the art director, lead artist, and other team members to understand the artistic vision and technical requirements of each project
- Create lighting setups that complement the style and tone of the project, taking into consideration factors such as time of day, weather conditions, and desired atmosphere
- Utilize lighting tools and techniques within industry-standard software (eg
- , Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity) to achieve desired visual effects
- Fine-tune lighting parameters, including intensity, color, shadows, and reflections, to achieve the desired mood and aesthetic
- Optimize lighting setups for performance and efficiency, ensuring compatibility with rendering pipelines and technical constraints
- Collaborate with other departments, such as modeling, texturing, and compositing, to integrate lighting seamlessly into the overall production pipeline
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to lighting and rendering technology, and actively contribute ideas for process improvements and workflow optimizations
- Participate in team meetings, reviews, and critiques, providing constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions to improve the quality of lighting in the project
- Meet project deadlines and milestones while maintaining high-quality standards for lighting and visual consistency
