As a Full-stack Product Marketing Specialist at GeekyAnts, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement for our products.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a full-stack marketing strategy that aligns with GeekyAnts products' business goals.
- Identify and prioritize marketing channels (e.g., SEO, content, paid ads, social media) based on ROI and audience insights.
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance across campaigns to achieve growth targets.
Content Marketing:
- Lead content creation initiatives, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual assets for campaigns.
- Implement a strong storytelling approach to build products' brand authority.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified traffic.
- Optimize product websites for SEO and conversion rate improvement.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement through tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and SEMrush to refine marketing efforts.
- Manage social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Manage social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
- Develop and execute campaigns that foster an engaged community.
- Growth Marketing
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, website pages, and product features to optimize performance.
- Implement marketing automation and lead-nurturing strategies through tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
Partnerships & Collaboration:
- Identify co-marketing opportunities with partners, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on messaging and lead qualification.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website metrics, and customer engagement.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to inform future marketing strategies.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in full-stack marketing roles, ideally in tech or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Ability to write compelling copy and create visually appealing content in collaboration with designers.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data for decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with development and product lifecycles (experience with developer tools is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM).(If you know React Native and related technologies, you will be a good fit.)
Educational Qualifications: Any Bachelors / Masters degree (Masters in Marketing preferred)
