About Toll Group

The role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role is based in Gurgaon/Pune.

The opportunity

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles, and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Identify and leverage sourcing channels (job portals, HRBP/CHRM partnerships) while building talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and networking events.
Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates using assessment tools to ensure skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews, recommend candidates, and partner with HRBP/C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers compliant with policies.
Ensure a seamless candidate and onboarding experience while maintaining accurate records in Workday and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Promote the employer brand across platforms and ensure all hiring processes and documentation comply with internal policies and employment regulations.

What you ll need to succeed

A graduate degree or an MBA in HR is required.
5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Proficiency in HR software/ ATS (e.g., Workday/ Taleo/ Success factors, etc) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
