Human Resource Business Partner | Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose: To engage employees in delivering business results by providing effective people solutions for Business Unit assigned with an emphasis on SLAs & compliance management.

• Maintain effective connect with employees at ground level using various forums

• Serve as primary HR contact for the BU assigned

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Ensure HR Compliance and share relevant dashboards

• Drive PMS Cycle for the BU assigned, initiate & track ongoing PIPs

• Act as a custodian of people budgets and highlight deviations if any

• Act as catalyst in support of talent development initiatives

• Guide / resolve employee queries on HR policies & practices
