Head of Projects

The opportunity

As Head Of Projects, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

In charge of Company Project business maintenance and development.

As contact window responsible for overseas nominated project bidding, provide related solution & Price.

Support India local sales team for project bidding, Provide related solution and Price, especially on BBK Shipments/marine chartering.

Support oversea and local sale manager for the coming project SOP/Workflow accomplish.

Support project operation team on the operation of BBK/RORO shipments, coordination with carriers on special cases.

Responsible for the Risk Management Control of the project working with Operations and Legal.

Responsible for project training Project solution, Risk management, Opportunity Probing to Project operation to increase personnel ability.

Work with Carrier/Supplier contacts for updates and ensure customer requirements are met.

Be able to address the concerns involving cost, quality, logistics and delivery.

Support preparation of marketing/sales/bidding documents.
