Payroll Executive

Required Skill Set

1. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
2. Proficiency in computer applications.
3. Knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
4. Familiarity with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUM, IF, etc.

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Process employee salaries.
2. Maintain and update employee data.
3. Handle PF, ESIC, and PT payments.
4. File PT returns.
5. Address and resolve issues related to PF/ESIC.
6. Process salary disbursement to the bank.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Location Preference: Candidates from Thane preferred.
