Payroll Executive

Position: Payroll Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Indian Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple locations in India.
• Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Manage payroll-related queries and coordinate with HR and Finance teams.
• Handle compliance with Indian payroll laws, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), Income Tax (TDS), and other statutory requirements.
• Generate and validate payroll reports, salary slips, and reconciliations.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure timely statutory filings.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Indian payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll compliances, including PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
• Experience working in a service sector company with multi-location operations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with payroll software like Saral or similar.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance updates.

Job Location, Work Timings and Work Model:

• Gandhinagar (Gift city, Gujarat)
• 07:30 AM 4:30 PM (1st & 3rd ,5th Saturday off)
• Full time
