Role: Internal Auditor

Roles and Responsibilities:

If you are as creative as you are analytical, we need you to join our management team as an Internal Auditor. Youll be responsible for creating, from scratch, an internal auditing system that detects and tracks mistakes in data, streamlines risk assessment, creates criteria for initiating audits and analyzes data for reasonable conclusions. We need an innovative, forward-thinking professional who doesnt mind digging into data and searching for potential loopholes and vulnerabilities. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. 1. Financial and Compliance Audit

• Plan financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls and external regulations
• Review the compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program steps; testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and related financial statements; examining and analyzing records, reports and documentation.
• Identify the process weaknesses, inefficiencies and operational issues.
• Ensure that the business complies with all relevant policies, industry regulations, statutory compliances and government legislations [Including compliances related to SEZ [i.e. Special Economic Zone]

2. Asset Audit

• Plan Audit of Fixes Assets on quarterly regular basis
• Physically verify all the assets, make sure supporting documents are available.
• Make sure that all the reported assets exist.
• Make sure that all the assets ware tagged with a unique number
• Report discrepancies if any

3. Process Audit

• Billing : Plan quarterly billing audit, reconcile Billing Software Data with the Accounting Software Data, repost discrepancies if any
• HR: 1. Review Zoho People and Zoho Recruit to make sure data are stored/uploaded/update accurately 2. BGV is done for all the employees and data are stored/updated accurately 3. Reconciling Payroll data between Payroll Software and Accounting Software
• Admin : Plan quarterly audit for all admin processes to make sure all records are maintained

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA Final DropOut
• CA IPCC Drop Out
• CA CPT + MCOM

Job Location, Work Timings and Work Model:

• Gandhinagar

• 7.30am to 4.30pm (1st & 3rd ,5th Saturday off)

• Full time
