About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
- This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent.
- You will play a crucial role in building our team and contributing to ToggleNow's continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Life Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Technical Recruiting Expertise: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles, including but not limited to software engineers, security specialists, compliance analysts, and IT professionals.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc), professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events to attract top talent.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing regular updates on the recruitment progress.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, utilizing behavioral and technical assessment techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive and attractive compensation packages.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting ToggleNow's employer brand, showcasing our company culture and values to attract top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully filling technical roles.
- Deep understanding of technical roles and skills, with the ability to effectively screen and assess candidates.
- Excellent sourcing skills, with experience using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in recruiting for security, risk, and compliance roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
