Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Research and analyze target accounts to understand their needs and pain points.
- Conduct needs assessments and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Accurately track and manage all sales activities in CRM (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Share best practices and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in inside sales
- Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
