What You'll Do:. Lead the formulation of technical strategies and architectural frameworks for Staedean solutions. This involves a comprehensive analysis of functionality, careful consideration of advantages and disadvantages, and the determination of the most optimized approach

Produce high-quality solution design documentation to effectively communicate architectural decisions, ensuring clarity and alignment with Product Roadmap

Identify opportunities for enhancement and elevate Staedean solutions to new heights, emphasizing technical scalability and performance optimization

Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial for Staedean products success

Drive innovation by spearheading proof-of-concept projects and providing strategic guidance to product development initiatives

Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain the overall integrity and structure of the codebase

Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns

What You Need to Be Successful:. Possess a minimum of 10+years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, with expertise in D365, Power Platform, Dual write, Data verse, and Power Apps

Preferred experience with rental management solutions or similar systems within the same business domain

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Development, Quality Assurance, Product Owner, and Project Management

Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and on-the-job training, staying current with industry trends and evolving technologies

Embrace a positive and proactive attitude, approaching challenges with a "can-do" mentality that inspires collaboration and problem-solving
