Role Overview :

The Office 365 Tools and Gen AI Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing Big 4's consultant productivity by effectively augmenting the usage of Microsoft Office 365 tools with Generative AI capabilities such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. This position focuses on optimizing the use of Generative AI-driven features across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Outlook, Planner, To-Do, Forms, Delve, and Teams to enable document generation, task automation, and streamlined workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Office 365 and practical knowledge of AI prompt engineering, aiming to transform routine tasks into time-saving solutions that boost overall efficiency for consultants.

Key Responsibilities :

Generative AI-Driven Office 365 Augmentation :

- Augment the use of Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT functionalities into Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.) to enable Generative AI-enhanced work.

- Tailor Generative AI prompts and tools to address specific consulting needs, improving productivity by simplifying complex tasks and automating routine processes.

Office 365 Application Customization :

- Customize features within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to support dynamic document generation and enhanced collaboration among consultants.

- Develop templates, macros, and automation scripts that leverage Generative AI for rapid document drafting, financial calculations, and presentation creation.

Generative AI Prompt Engineering and Automation :

- Design and optimize Generative AI prompts specifically tailored for consulting workflows, ensuring high relevance and effectiveness in tasks like report generation, meeting summaries, and action item tracking.

- Develop and deploy task automation scripts using Microsoft Power Automate, leveraging Generative AI for data extraction, analysis, and content summarization.

Workflow Streamlining and Task Automation :

- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline communication workflows within Office 365, using ChatGPT/Copilot to automate responses, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks.

- Collaborate with consultants to refine AI-driven tools that reduce repetitive tasks and support seamless information sharing and decision-making.

Training and Support :

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill consultants on utilizing Generative AI features within Office 365 effectively.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Generative AI integrations and help refine the consultant's use of Office 365 tools in combination with Generative AI.

Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement :

- Track and evaluate the impact of Generative AI-enhanced Office 365 tools on consultant productivity, providing feedback and suggestions for further enhancement.

- Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI and Office 365, recommending new features or adjustments to maintain cutting-edge capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Proficiency :

- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams, including advanced knowledge of macros, scripting, and collaboration tools.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms, with proven ability in AI prompt engineering for task automation.

AI and Automation Knowledge :

- Solid understanding of Generative AI-driven solutions, particularly in integrating Generative AI with document management, communication tools, and automation workflows.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or equivalent workflow automation tools, creating solutions that support productivity and efficiency.

Consulting and Workflow Optimization Experience :

- Familiarity with consulting environments and common workflows, enabling relevant AI tool customization to meet consultant needs.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate tool effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Communication and Training Abilities :

- Excellent communication skills for conducting training sessions and creating easy-to-follow documentation for non-technical users.

- Ability to work collaboratively with teams, understanding consultant requirements, and translating them into efficient, Generative AI-enabled solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Microsoft Office 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

- Experience in using and deploying Generative AI-driven tools for large teams or corporate environments.

- Knowledge of Gen AI advancements and their application in productivity and task automation.
