As we expand our creative team, we are looking for an Art Director with Motion Expertise to help us elevate our design standards and bring our vision to life across multiple channels.
Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and innovative Art Director with a strong foundation in motion design and a passion for clean, minimalistic aesthetics. This individual will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of TimesPro across digital platforms, ensuring that all content is visually engaging, consistent with our brand values, and aligned with the needs of our diverse learner base. If you have a keen eye for detail, a flair for modern design, and expertise in motion graphics, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Direction: Lead the overall visual direction for TimesPro s creative output, including digital campaigns, course content, marketing materials, and internal communications.
- Motion Design: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for videos, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs, both static and motion, align with the TimesPro brand, maintaining a clean, modern, and cohesive visual language.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to translate learning objectives and marketing goals into compelling visual concepts.
- User-Centered Design: Focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that enhance the learner experience, with an emphasis on clarity, simplicity, and ease of navigation.
- Execution: Take ownership of the creative process from concept through to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, motion techniques, and EdTech industry developments to continuously elevate the creative quality of our output.
Job Requirement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in art direction, design, and motion graphics, preferably within the EdTech, digital media, or advertising sectors.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, motion work, and ability to craft clean, neat, and engaging visuals.
- Software Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other motion design tools.
- Design Aesthetic: Ability to create simple, minimalist, and clean designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
- Creative Vision: Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English, to articulate creative ideas and present work effectively to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across all creative outputs.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
