Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing various materials , including digital graphics, videos, and web content. You will work closely with the design, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and help elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Collateral Creation:

- Customize and enhance Storydoc templates to create visually compelling presentations.

- Collaborate with the Product marketing team to ensure materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate value propositions.

- Design engaging banners, thumbnails, carousels, and other digital assets for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email, display ads).

- Ensure consistency in visuals that align with the company s branding and product goals.

2. Website & Media Graphics :

- Create high-quality visuals and graphics for website media, landing pages, and blog content to improve user engagement and visual appeal.

- Design images for website updates, ensuring responsive design compatibility.

3. Multimedia & Animation :

- Develop GIFs and bite-sized videos highlighting product features, user interfaces, and product screens for use in social media, presentations, and internal communications.

- Create custom GIFs using the company s illustration gallery to enhance product experience and user interaction.

4. Brand Consistency:

- Maintain and uphold the company s visual identity across all design projects, ensuring a cohesive look and feel in every output.

5. Illustrations & Iconography:

- Work with existing illustration galleries to develop new elements that align with product features or specific campaigns.

6.Collaborative Projects:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and designers, to deliver creative assets that meet business objectives.

- Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions, marketing strategies, and product development discussions.

7. Trend Awareness:

- Stay updated on industry design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas and concepts to the table.

- Suggest improvements for the current design processes to enhance productivity and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, particularly in digital and multimedia design.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

- Experience with design platforms like Figma.

- Experience with video editing and animation tools such as After Effects or similar software.

- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas.

- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
