Roles and responsibilities :

- Analyze complex datasets and develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven insights.

- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate key insights and findings.

- Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance of existing models.

- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of models and data pipelines.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields.

- Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

As our Senior Data Scientist, you'll be at the forefront of all our data-driven efforts, driving insights that will shape player performance, team strategies, and the future of cricket.

- Swashbuckling Skills : Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience in data modelling, analysis, and advanced statistical techniques.

- Data Dynamo : Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models and extract insights from large datasets.

- Analytical Ace : Proven experience working with large data sets, ideally in sports or performance analytics, to extract meaningful insights.

- Team Player : Data is a team effort! Work alongside developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver insights that drive CricHeroes forward.

- Proven experience in technical leadership and project management, with a focus on Python, GenAI, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies.

- Specifically, strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions in the field of Natural Language Processing, LLMs, with closed source LLMs like GPT 3.5, 4 Turbo, 4o, CoHere etc., Open Source LLMs like LLAMA 3, 3.1, Falcon Fine-tuning of LLMs models, Mistral etc.

- Strong proficiency in Deploying LLM based model on Premises and on Cloud, Ensuring the scalability and Availability of services in production environment

- Excellent hands-on expertise in Python coding, Pep 8 standards & best practices/design patterns, Object Oriented Design methodologies

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven experience in mentoring technical teams, fostering their growth, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment..
