This is a Team leader role for TimesPro's CRM initiatives. Increasing share of revenue from old lead database, alumni through engagement, using 3rd party databased as a lead source (curated centrally) is a key KPI. The CRM team and leader also owns lead nurture through Sales Force to increase lead conversion for our tele sales process.
Collaborating with Content, Tech and Performance Marketing teams will be a key requirement to deliver business outcomes
JOB DESCRIPTION: The broad areas of responsibility:
Retention marketing:
- Responsible for CRM strategy and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements to reactivate leads in database and deliver revenue outcomes
. Work on conversion hypothesis-based lead engagement/ nurture journeys for fresh leads through performance campaigns to assist with lifts on lead conversion rates
. Work with Alumni programme and team to engage and monetize alumni base through referral, repeat
- Work on omnichannel strategies including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Push etc.
- Work on creating and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
. Past experience in ed tech, particularly in executive education/ early careers will be a plus
