- Data Reporting: Provide progress updates to the lead coach.
- Empathy and Support : Foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Career Coaching
- Flexible Scheduling: Manage an adaptable coaching calendar.
- Interview Preparation: Prepare learners for behavioral interviews.
- Progress Documentation: Maintain detailed learner records.
- Webinars: Conduct scheduled career webinars.
- Empathy and Support: Foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Job Requirement
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Prior Experience in Resume, LinkedIn Content Writing, Job readiness, soft skills, interview Preparation training etc.
Minimum Qualification (Bachelors- / masters in psychology Preferred). Open to bachelors from any field with relevant experience.
Understanding of different career fields.
