Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Counselor to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational or training environment.

The role involves explaining course details, discussing fee structures, providing trial access, coordinating enrollment, and guiding individuals on their Salesforce career paths.

Exceptional communication skills in English and Tamil, along with proficiency in basic computer skills, are essential for success in this role.

Basic knowledge of Salesforce is considered an added advantage.

One of the key expectations is that the candidate must provide career guidance to individuals making inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Career Counseling:

1. Provide detailed explanations of Salesforce courses to potential students.

2. Discuss fee structures and available payment options.

3. Offer trial access to interested individuals and guide them through the features.

4. Provide career guidance to individuals inquiring about Salesforce courses.

Enrollment Coordination:

1. Coordinate and facilitate the enrollment process for interested candidates.

2. Assist in the completion of necessary documentation for enrollment.

Communication Skills:

1. Demonstrate excellent call and email etiquette.

2. Communicate effectively in English and Tamil to assist individuals from diverse backgrounds.

3. Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.

Documentation and Computer Skills:

1. Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive.

2. Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment details.

Salesforce Knowledge:

1. Basic knowledge of Salesforce is considered an added advantage.

Required Key Skills

Strong call and email etiquette.
Multilingual abilities (an added advantage).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience or knowledge of the technology industry is a plus
