Operations Control Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and mapping contract deliverables across projects in ET Edge
• Upholding office culture and discipline is crucial for creating a professional, efficient, and harmonious work environment.
• Efficient coordination with clients to assess and ensure implementation of all deliverables and processes
• Monitor and check all sales contracts for client details and deliverables
• Facilitate quality control by periodically performing audits to ensure compliance
• Consistently organize daily reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data into individual folders
• Oversee timely delivery of products/services due from clients
• Coordination across internal and external stakeholders
• Assist reporting manager with any special tasks assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Efficient in MS office
• Understanding of database management
• Excellent communication skills
