Sales Support Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the team by handling quotations, back office tasks, and follow-ups.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  
• Ensure effective communication with customers through phone calls, emails, or meetings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support role (preferably from Elevator industry).
  
• Strong knowledge of Quotation preparation and Back Office Support processes.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills with ability to handle client queries effectively.
  
• Proficiency in Sales Coordination activities including Follow Ups with customers.
