Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B-focused social mediastrategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Manage and optimize company profiles onLinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create and schedule engaging, industry-relevantcontent, including posts, articles, and infographics.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta BusinessSuite, and other lead generation tools to identify and connect with potentialleads.
Monitor and analyze social media performanceusing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta BusinessSuite, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
Run paid and organic social media campaignsfocused on B2B engagement and lead generation.
Conduct sentiment analysis using sociallistening tools to gauge brand perception and audience feedback.
Use social media scheduling tools (e.g.,Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) to optimize posting schedules and maintainconsistency.
Engage with industry influencers, partners, andcommunities to enhance brand credibility.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and contentteams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
Stay updated with social media trends,algorithms, and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Report on campaign performance and providerecommendations for improvement.
Increase organic audience growth acrossLinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.
Boost engagement rates and interaction levels onsocial media posts and campaigns.
Improve sentiment analysis scores to enhancebrand reputation and perception.
Enhance B2B lead generation effectiveness byoptimizing outreach and targeting strategies.
Track and optimize post performance usingdata-driven insights to refine content strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social mediamanagement, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation .
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, contentstrategies, and B2B audience engagement.
Experience with social analytics tools (GoogleAnalytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar ).
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools tostreamline content planning.
Experience in running LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads,and paid social campaigns.
Understanding of SEO and content marketingprinciples.
