Team Leader, Credit & Collections

What will you do?

• Lead a team of Collection executives
• Achieve Collection Target monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Ensure strong AR follow-up for the Division
• Equivalent experience in DSO maintenance as per company policy is acceptable.
• Identify causes for nonpayment and communicate problems for corrective action
• Scrutinize Accounts Ledger & conduct Customer Reconciliations
• Conduct weekly reviews of Accounts to reduce unapplied cash & advances
• Continuously improve A/R processes through technology or quality improvements
• Be involved with or lead special projects as time or capabilities allow
• Apply your experience and knowledge of working on AR collections software tools

• 10 to 12 years of accounts receivable experience
• Previous experience in supervisory or management roles
• Proven ability to chair meetings with team and other departments
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is preferable but not mandatory
