Role Overview:
FROM CABLE INDUSTRY PREFERRED
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced DGM Sales and Marketing to lead and drive our sales and marketing efforts across PAN India.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the cable industry, and possess the technical and strategic acumen to deliver on business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee PAN India Sales and Marketing operations.
- Drive new customer development and secure approvals from both government and private sectors.
- Develop and implement yearly sales projections and budgets to achieve organizational targets.
- Perform data analysis and make strategic decisions to enhance market penetration.
- Devise and execute effective pricing strategies.
Experience & Skills:
- 20+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 10+ years in the cable industry.
- Strong expertise in B2B channels and a solid command over cable technicalities.
- Proven ability to work with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Aggressive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- A proactive go-getter with excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Strong technical knowledge and an ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Educational Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE).
- MBA in Marketing/Sales.
