Key Responsibility Areas:
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns on various platforms.
- Work closely with the team to create engaging content for social media channels.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to campaign optimisation efforts.
- Collaborate with creative teams to assist in creating visuals and ad creatives.
- Stay informed about social media trends and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to market research efforts to identify growth opportunities.

Qualification / Skills:
Qualification - MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 2 and maximum 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Certifications will be a plus: Google - Ads, Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn etc.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization concepts.
- Solid data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics.
