About This Team:

- Our team collaborates closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure our voice and messaging remain consistent and impactful across all social platforms and community initiatives.
A Day In The Life:
- As a Social Media & Community Marketing lead at Agilitas, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that elevate our presence on social media platforms and foster a strong community of brand advocates.
- You'll engage with our audience, create shareable content, and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach.
- Your role will also involve monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and adapting strategies to ensure Agilitas remains at the forefront of the social and community space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall brand objectives and drive engagement.
- Manage and grow social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
- Foster and manage a vibrant online community, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and moderating discussions.
- Partner with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and impact.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform changes to inform and adjust strategies.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using data to optimize content and campaigns.
- Plan and execute community-focused events or initiatives, both online and offline, to build brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in social media and/or community management, preferably in the sportswear or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in content creation, including graphic design and copywriting.
- Proven ability to build and engage with online communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Must-Haves:
- Passion for social media and community-building.
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing projects from start to finish.
