Job Description

Designation: Social Media Marketing Manager.

Location: Gurgaon.

Industry: Tech Product.

Experience: 4+years.

The Manager of Social Media Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media platforms.

This individual will lead a team of social media specialists and work closely with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get graphics and videos created as per campaign needs.

- Take complete ownership of social media activities, including content strategy, scheduling, and performance tracking.

- Cover events such as camps, product launches, and other key initiatives, ensuring real-time updates and engaging content.

- Stay updated with trends and apply insights to enhance our social media presence and performance.

- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

- Create and oversee the implementation of content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting of high-quality, engaging content.

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Analyze key metrics and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, and share knowledge with the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, customer service, and product development, to support organizational objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure coverage and endorsements that amplify our brand and messaging.

- Monitor media coverage and sentiment, track PR metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts and inform future strategies.

- Implement social bookmarking strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility through platforms such as Reddit, Digg,.

StumbleUpon, and Delicious.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc. , excellent communication skills, and expertise in audience targeting.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.

- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.

- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative approaches to social media marketing.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:.

- Master's or Bachelor's in Marketing or relevant field 5 years of relevant experience.
