Position Title: President (Sales & Marketing)
Location: Ahmedabad
A person is responsible for all the sales & marketing related activities.
Sales Presidents Job Description:
Looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales President. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, training and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
You will be responsible for:
Sales Leader for all the Branches:
- Leading All India Branch Offices & regional managers, ensuring maximum performance as per pre-decided targets
- Recruit, Train & develop new members of the sales team as well as managing budgets for their department.
- Setting sales target, Inspiring sales team & branch managers & device strategy to achieve it.
- Expansion to new territories. Appointing agents worldwide and constantly be in touch with them for development of new countries.
- Maintain & Expand Sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees.
Personal Sales Master:
- As our product is the most expensive in India, he should have ability to convince customer on technical ground & sell at the highest price in India.
- Constant business development by Marketing Campaign, Cconfrences, Organizing Seminars/Webinars & National as well as international Exhibitions.
Partnership & Affiliation Creator:
- Collaborating with OEMs (Machine manufacturer) & Mold makers for direct selling & in-direct promoting our products.
- Regular Connection & liaison with Raw material suppliers to get Market updates & promote business.
System Implementer:
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales processes.
- Implement CRM successfully across the country by inspiring, educating & disciplinary actions.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target.
- Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or Electronics engineering from any reputed University. Postgraduate degrees in Management would be added benefit.
- Min 20 years of experience in selling Capital Machinery/Equipment
- Must be great peoples person to inspire, problem solver & conflict resolution.
- Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude.
- For a higher level of institutional sales, he should have excellent direct selling & concept selling skill.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Growth hunger & expansion oriented.
The person should be President or Vice President - i.e. 2nd position, -Sales & marketing at least for minimum 5 to 10 years in one co. with minimum turnover of 100 cr. with highest or 2nd highest authority with minimum 5 years' experience in that position. The co should be having product related to engg. or machinery, but not plastic processing machinery manufacturing co.
