- Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

- Reporting and Forecasting: Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Handled Divisions related to Pumps/Compressor/Valves/Pipes.

Note: Handling PAN India.

- Generating a revenue of more than 150+ Cr per annum.
