Responsibilities:

• Should have experience of working in stone façade, glass façade and other façade material.
• Should understand various components used in façade framework.
• Should be well versed with various techniques used for installing stone on façade(Undercut, Traditional Pin method, C&L method OR any other hybrid methos of installation)
• Should have resourceful enough to built team of sub-contractors and inhouse staff required in executing façade projects
• Should be able to execute the project as per the guidelines of structural, façade consultant and architects.
• Should be aware about compliance guidelines for façade projects.
• Should have brief understand of wind load, termination details , mechanical and chemical anchors and other components provided by HILTI and FISCHER etc.Should have good knowledge of market rates.

Who qualifies?

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Projects management_Facade
