Job Brief :
- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager ( Performance ) to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing), Meta Advertising , Linkedin Advertising , social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Optimise campaigns to achieve key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, product) to develop effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create and manage campaign plans using Excel for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign performance, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics4 and proprietary data to generate reports and insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
Required Skills and Experience:.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of Google , Meta , Linkedin , bing and E-Commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketplaces (e. , Flipkart, Amazon).
- Expertise in GA4, keyword research, competitor analysis, conversion setup, Google Tag Manager, and pixel implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information and strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in running and optimizing native ads.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and SEM strategies.
- Prior experience with CRM systems for customer segmentation and targeting.
Role Outline:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and optimise performance-based marketing strategies across digital channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Ad Management : Optimise paid advertising campaigns to maximise return on investment.
- SEM : Conduct keyword research and optimise content for effective search engine marketing.
- A/B Testing: Perform tests to optimise campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Goal: Drive measurable results including increased website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion through effective digital marketing campaigns.
